Annexus is a leading financial institution that designs and distributes innovate investment and retirement solutions.
In this newly created role at Annexus you would become part of the project team for 401k. Your responsibilities would evolve into a central role for managing product & sales support of our go-to-market execution/implementations.
Work on a new Institutional Retirement project team leading up efforts to document and prepare for go-to-market implementation of solutions
Actively participate in the product development process by documenting requirements and developing procedures that allow for the product to be ready for market
Work on market segmentation and prospecting efforts to help identify different channels to market and sale the solution and establish procedures for each channel
Support product launch and sales support as these solutions go to market and lead efforts to ensure document and process evolve as the product and service delivery needs change
Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
2 – 5 years’ experience with Retirement Plan sales & service, Retail Annuity experience a plus
Experience with new product/service development & delivery to the market
Strong ability to take fast-moving business discussions and document & communicate them back to business leaders for consensus and sign-off
Ability to use analytics and analysis to problem solve issues related to development & delivery of product or services
Strong teamwork skills to work as part of team aggressively pursuing 1st mover market advantage
