The Creative Strategist is a key member of the Marketing team, focusing on driving the development of insightful, big ideas that exceed expectations, achieve results, and win more business. The ideal candidate must show a passion for creative ideation and concept development with a proven track record in delivering strategic creative recommendations at scale. Some key attributes include:
Excellent writing and strategic content creation skills across all media channels
Leading the development of big, brave and impactful creative ideas
Crafting well-articulated plans and points of view, strategies and creative concepts in a thoughtful, compelling and cohesive storyline
Collaborating with internal team members to create cohesive, executable marketing campaigns that drive growth
Developing measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators to help guide overall concept and campaign performance
Deep knowledge of all major media channels to include traditional and next-generation digital channels
Experience using data to fuel creative testing recommendations and performance metrics
NOTE: This is not a Design role. While some experience in Design is a plus, this role is ideal for someone passionate about the business side of producing marketing/advertising campaigns at scale
Minimum of three to five years of agency experience. Financial industry experience highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Experience generating ideas, concepts and overarching strategy for innovative programmatic advertising, social media campaigns, digital/ interactive & experiential programs

Strong copywriting & scriptwriting skills
Strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns
Deep knowledge in brand positioning, awareness, and consideration
Up-to-date on current media, industry and consumer trends that impact audiences
