The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting positions, administering Predictive Index (PI) Surveys, ATS system, reporting, scheduling, sourcing and working with recruiting firms.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist with recruiting process from application to hire
Manage the Applicant Tracking System
Manage delivery of Predictive Index (PI) Survey to all candidates
1-3 years’ experience in an active internal recruiting department
Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
Must be organized and accurate and able to track multiple positions and candidates for multiple departments and organizations
Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems. Experience with Greenhouse a definite plus
Familiarity with posting sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc. required
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts
Respect for confidentiality in the workplace
