This role is a key position for prospecting, supporting, on-boarding and training/wholesaling new partnerships to create and distribute in-plan and institutional solutions. This position requires 2+ years of experience in the defined contribution, investment, or annuity markets. This individual should possess strong telephone/video sales skills, relationship management, and ability to execute tactically with a servitude approach. The individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of training materials, training, and supporting the sales process of our partners. These partners include: recordkeepers, consultants, advisors, asset managers, insurance companies, broker/dealer platforms and RIA aggregators.
Provide Internal DCIO-type support to our Recordkeeping partners who offer Lifetime Income Builder on their platforms
Deliver video and phone-based expertise for the recordkeeping sales and client management teams.
Assist to onboard additional Recordkeeping platforms to increase shelf space for Lifetime Income Builder.
Uncover leads, set meetings, and assist in the sales process for defined contribution Consultants and Retirement Plan Advisors.
Work with marketing on key materials and presentation decks as defined by the head of distribution.
Achieve sales goals and AUM targets through partnerships, expanded shelf space, and focused execution.
Prospect and partner with discretionary asset management platforms for retail distribution.
Other duties and obligations as reasonably assigned/requested.
Limited travel expected, including occasional weekend work.
Reports to Sales Desk Manager
Desired Skills and Experience:
Licensing requirements include a Series 6 or 7 securities license
State insurance license
