Job Purpose

Duties include assisting the executive(s) or managers with: various calendaring, meeting arrangements, correspondence drafting, organizing and maintaining all files (digital and hard copy as needed), travel arrangements, following up on requested tasks, ordering supplies, preparing agendas, note taking, and generally keeping them on-track and productive.  Successful candidates must have intermediate to advanced Word and Outlook skills, a high degree of confidentiality, and a passion for adding value. This is a full-time position for a seasoned professional who enjoys being an assistant.

Job Duties

  • Calendaring
  • Preparation of correspondence
  • Assisting / drafting reports, agendas and/or memos
  • Note taking
  • Document editing and/or proof reading
  • Digital recordkeeping and file organization
  • Catering arrangements and conference room preparation
  • Screening calls
  • Travel arrangements and confirming itineraries for multiple parties
  • Any other duties as needed - we are in need of a motivated, can-do applicant

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and writing skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills; good relationship builder  
  • Positive attitude, professional, self-motivated; “can-do” approach to assignments
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to jump right in and start making a contribution while learning along the way
