To ensure as the first contact for all clients and employees that everyone has an amazing experience while on the Annexus premises or in contact with us via phone.
Roles and Responsibilities
Man the front desk and answer phone calls/direct them to the appropriate people
Ensure all entering guests and employees feel welcome and follow COVID protocol
Handle FedEx packages, both incoming and outgoing including packing and preparing the boxes
Assist with scheduling the Conference room and coordinate conflicts as needed
Handle building maintenance scheduling as requested
Assist EAs with coordinating events as needed
Stock and organize kitchen and office products as needed
Assist with Company supply orders as needed
Any other tasks as assigned by your manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
2 years front desk experience, high school diploma
Candidates must have positive attitude, ability to multi-task, take direction and organize priorities amongst several competing responsibilities. Experience with office machines and Microsoft Office products a must.
