The Onboarding Expert (AM/RK) will spearhead the due diligence process as well as the implementation and integration of our IRS code retirement solution product with each of our stakeholders, focusing primarily on the onboarding process specific to Asset Managers and Recordkeepers.
Purpose of Role
Key point of contact during the implementation and launch cycle of the product
Work with members of the team to ensure the details of our products are clearly understood by external stakeholders
Assist in the creation and implementation of an internal structure that enables the team to leverage inputs from Product, Marketing, Development, Sales
Manage feedback from clients directly to curate and maintain an effective product roadmap and release for AMs and RKs.
Given the nature of the inter-stakeholder communication required for this position, both external and internal, a candidate with a strong background in financial, asset management, recordkeeping and/or actuarial fields is essential.
