You'll listen to what our senior executives have to say and make them sound as great as they’re ideas. You will translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. You'll collaborate with our Creative DirectorDesignand Interactive, category and product marketing experts, strategy, data, and our diverse creative team, with broad responsibility for the tone and character of Annexus brand and marketing communications.

Work with marketing leaders to improve our customers’ experience and develop business- and consumer-facing marketing materials, including collateral, websites, email campaigns, display and social advertising, videos, whitepapers, dimensional mailings, environments, and more.
Ensure that creative integrity is maintained throughout the development process.
Recruit and manage freelance talent to augment in-house teams, when and as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
A personal passion to produce high quality and highly effective marketing communications.
An innate curiosity for our business, and our products
Four-year degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years as a Creative or Associate Creative Director Copy with an agency or marketing firm.
Strong copywriting background, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong portfolio demonstrating your innovative campaign work across industries and multiple channels, including long-form and short-form content
Skill at building strong relationships and trust with creative partners
Strong collaboration skills and a track record of being an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions.
Demonstrated ability to navigate conflicting priorities.
B2B and B2C marketing experience highly preferred.
Financial experience a major plus.
