Digital Content Manager/Facilitator

Annexus is a leading independent financial institution that designs and distributes highly innovative investment and retirement solutions. We are seeking a full-time Digital Content Manager / Facilitator to support Annexus’ digital brand, online presence, and product marketing. You will by implement and maintain dynamic front-end web media to provide highly personalized user experiences. You will automate components of our marketing campaigns: digital advertising, social media, and emails. You’ll be the key participant in cataloging and maintaining a library for all digital properties: existing content, new content and content sun-setting. You will be well versed in digital marketing, and CMS systems and utilize our CMS to publish new and updated content. The Digital Content Manager/Facilitator will work closely with our IT and Marketing teams to schedule and gather content updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Populate dynamic web pages to provide highly personalized user experiences
  • Publish new and updated content with our CMS
  • Automate digital marketing initiatives, such as drip email campaigns
  • Track, document and manage content resources across our digital ecosystem to build and maintain a library
    • Content lives in Salesforce Interaction Studio
  • Work with our IT and Marketing teams to gather and schedule content for Annexus websites, third-party sites, social media sites, digital advertising, and automated drip email campaigns
  • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Twitter, Vimeo, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook analytics to track communications program outcomes and report the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar… and deliver upon it
    • Attend IT and/or Marketing team creative and project management meetings

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front end web maintenance, CMS, digital communications, or related
  • Knowledge of how content is personalized and leveraged for channel, experience, assets, and activation across web, digital advertising, mobile and email channels
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms – Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, etc
  • Working knowledge of dynamic content delivery platforms – Salesforce Interaction Studio (Evergage) or similar
  • Experience evaluating content inventories to prioritize and organize content, information architecture, content mapping, structured content, content models, and types
  • A grasp of content and assets ecosystem components like personalization engines, Taxonomy/Metadata Management, Workflow tools, etc.
  • Experience working with digital advertising platforms – Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager360, etc.
  • Background in personalization, persona mapping, and customer engagement and retention
  • Experience in web analytics and website optimization
  • Experience in maintaining an online presence
  • Experience with customer journeys, user flows, analytics, and A/B testing
  • An understanding of web design, UX practices and standards, and digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • You are well-organized, calm, and highly detail orientated
  • Be proactive, a quick learner and able to manage multiple assignments concurrently and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline driven environment
  • Possess high degree of ownership and accountability
