Privately owned company experiencing rapid growth located in Scottsdale has immediate need for a financial analyst to head up our new investment program. Position will report directly to the CFO/Controller.

Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee new investment program
Manage and analyze data for making recommendations to CFO
Prepare and report out on weekly/monthly basis to leadership
Prepare and post journal entries to record investments and liabilities
Assist Controller with quarterly/annual budgets and forecasting
Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis
Assist on other projects as needed
Requirements:
BS/BA in accounting or finance with 2-3 years of experience
Ability to analyze and manage large volumes of data with an analytical mindset
Strong excel skills and attention to detail required
Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles
Excellent interpersonal skills
