Annexus is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as the Annexus Marketing Partnership Relationship Manager (“AMP Manager”). The AMP Program is invitation only for our top advisors, currently compromised of approximately 250 people representing almost $2B in annual premium production. This is a unique position requiring, and offering an opportunity to apply, a unique skillset in the financial services industry. The AMP Manager will drive all facets of the AMP participant experience, building relationships, increasing retention, and working with our Sales Directors to drive sales. The AMP Manager will be the primary point of contact for our AMP participants, both in-coming communication and proactive outreach – including travel. Importantly, the AMP Manager will also be responsible for suggesting and implementing improvements/tweaks/add-ons to the AMP program based on the knowledge they gain from their interactions with AMP participants. Total compensation will be up to $200,000 to start (commensurate with experience), with opportunity to grow based on the success of the AMP program.
Essential Functions
Building relationships with AMP participants
Monitoring AMP participant performance and brainstorming re individual opportunities
Providing input on potential AMP participant invitations
Brainstorming regarding AMP participant events and other program improvements and value-adds

Financial services experience required
